· Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website, Instagram, Facebook or in-person at our store. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

· Design Approval: For custom designs, advance payment shall be provided for approval. Production will not begin until we receive advance payment from you.
· Payment Methods: We accept cash, Esewa, VISA, Fonepay and bank transfers. Payments can also be made in cash for in-person orders.
· Payment Schedule: A deposit may be required for large or custom orders. Full payment must be received before the order is shipped or picked up or cash on delivery.
· Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honored.
· Production Time: Standard production time is 1-2 business days from the date of design approval. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.
· Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to material shortages, shipping delays, or natural disasters.
· Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options including standard and emergency shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
· Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
· Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
· Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom printed t-shirts, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect or error in the printing.
· Standard Products: Standard products may be returned within 3 days of purchase for exchange (no return), provided they are in original condition.
· Refunds: Refunds are not entertained.
· Design Ownership: All designs created by our graphic designers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon. Customers retain ownership of designs they provide. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MFT and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
· Usage Rights: By providing a design, you warrant that you have the rights to use the design and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
· Product Quality: We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution.
· Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of the product ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
· Personal Information: We collect personal information necessary for order processing and communication. This information is kept confidential and not shared with third parties without your consent.
